Our 'Grow with Gratitude' kit is a mindful growing kit woven with intent to inspire and empower our children. A mindful activity created with heart to open our children up to the intimate connection nature has to offer but also allowing them a space to be present and connect to their own inner wisdom.

• Growing instructions

There is no specific order in which the kit is designed to be used the best suggestion we can offer is to follow the flow of your child.  As your child unearths the treasures within they may choose to firstly begin with one of the affirmations and crystal to just sit and be with or they may choose to plant seeds followed by journaling or drawing as they reflect on how they are feeling in that moment.  

Offer guidance and assistance when it is sort remembering it is about allowing ourselves to surrender as we connect to the present moment.
